35Years of riding: Quote " if the line is solid you may not overtake/filter." Sorry Jacques that's wrong looks like you need to go read the highway code, you may not cross or straddle that line. I also find most of our UK police are or can be more relaxed about fast riding as long as it is context and not hugely over the local limit, The 'traffic' police are in most cases utter gits who would shop their own families
